ROME (AP) ? It was Italy's night against the Germans, on and off the field.

Premier Mario Monti and striker Mario Balotelli gave a much-needed boost to a country suffering for months under harsh austerity measures and embarrassed by a match-fixing scandal in its national sport in which dozens have been arrested.

Then came Thursday.

At an EU summit in Brussels, Monti, an economist by trade, led the charge against German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who had been resisting ways of easing strains on indebted governments in southern Europe.

To the east in Warsaw, the talented soccer player with a discipline problem led Italy's national team to a 2-1 victory over Germany, propelling them into the finals of the European soccer championships. Balotelli's two goals were so breathtaking to watch ? unstoppable, intimidating and elegant ? that fans and critics alike were united in awe.

"They may be the bosses of Europe, but in soccer we command," headlined Italy's leading Corriere della Sera.

Monti, an economics professor who replaced the flamboyant Silvio Berlusconi with a mandate to put debt-ridden Italy's finances in order, had vowed to keep talking at the EU summit until an agreement was hammered out. Those talks didn't break up until just before dawn. So he was smiling broadly when he left ? and it wasn't just about the soccer score.

"May I stress that Italy worked a lot and put a lot of pressure at the negotiating table for this result to be achieved," he said, referring to measures to contain borrowing costs. "This is a contribution of ideas that Italy put on the table which in the end were supported by everybody."

During the overnight talks, Monti seemed to be leading the charge against Merkel and several other northern European leaders who fear having to pay even more in bailouts and loans for the profligate south, composed of Greece, Spain, Portugal and Italy.

At a news conference Friday, Monti called Merkel a "protagonist of a constructive and let's say sporting debate." He said relations with her were "excellent, as they were before."

The European leaders agreed to funnel money directly to struggling banks and in the longer term to form a tighter union. The agreements suggested Germany had yielded a bit on its insistence on forcing tough reforms in exchange for rescue money.

German media ran comments under headlines such as "The Night In Which Merkel Lost" and "Merkel Buckles."

The other Mario, meanwhile, plays for the English club Manchester City and is an infamous prankster. Balotelli's list of off-field indiscretions include once setting his house on fire by launching fireworks from his bathroom window. He has also picked up a number of red cards for on-field infractions, including one for stomping on a player.

Italian papers suddenly started calling him "Super Mario" after the unforgettable photo Thursday night of him ripping off his jersey and flexing his muscles after his second goal.

"Germany surrenders to Balotelli," the Corriere della Sera wrote.

With the two stellar performances, is a new European world order emerging?

Italian fan Fiorella Capobianco, out celebrating in Rome's Piazza del Popolo where fans watched the game on big screens, didn't think so.

"Let's not talk politics. Still at least in soccer we have prevailed!" the 24-year-old said, nearly drowned out by the cheers of jubilation in the streets.

Some franchise players unhappy with union's 'favored' treatment of Brees

Perhaps unwittingly, the NFLPA didn't make a whole lot of friends among the franchise players in the league with last week's letter to commissioner Roger Goodell seeking an investigation of New Orleans' negotiations with "exclusive" franchise quarterback Drew Brees.

First reported by CBSSports.com, the letter suggests that the Saints haven't bargained in good faith, and that perhaps Brees has been a victim of his outspoken stance from last year's lockout. The problems are that the Saints have made Brees competitive offers that would make him one of the NFL's highest paid players, even if he hasn't signed them yet, and that there are other franchise players whose negotiations have gone far worse.

In essence, some of the franchise players or their representatives feel the NFLPA has granted Brees a kind of "favored nation" status. "Nothing against Drew, but he's kind of become [the union's] fair-haired boy," one franchise player noted. The agent for another of the franchise players said the NFLPA is treating the New Orleans quarterback "like some kind of a Messiah or something."

In fairness to Brees, it should be noted that he had nothing to do with the union's letter, as the NFLPA continues to grasp at straws, but his standing among some peers could be affected by it.

Of the 21 players designated as franchise free agents in the spring, six of them, beyond Brees, remain unsigned. This week, Jacksonville kicker Josh Scobee and agent Ken Harris said there haven't been any negotiations with Jaguars officials in months. Scobee allowed that the situation has been frustrating.

It's been more than a month since there were reports that Denver kicker Matt Prater was close to a deal with the Broncos, but, again, no deal.

Tailbacks Ray Rice and Matt Forte, wide receiver Dwayne Bowe and defensive end Cliff Avril are all without deals. Eight other franchise players have signed just one-year tenders.

So it would seem there's been a lack of progress on more than just the Brees front, yet the NFLPA has requested that Goodell look only into his case. Little wonder some of the other players with either no deals at all or just one-year tenders, are privately wondering why that is.

Apple scores 2nd legal win vs Samsung in a week

Apple and Samsung, the world's largest consumer electronics corporations, are waging legal war in several countries, accusing each other of patent violations as they vie for supremacy in a fast-growing market for mobile devices.

Friday's decision, by U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh in San Jose, California, comes days after she also slapped a pre-trial ban on sales of Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1, a tablet computer that runs on Google Inc's Android and goes toe-to-toe with the iPad.

The back-to-back triumphs - significant because pre-trial injunctions are rarely granted - meant Apple had a better week in court than last week, when Chicago federal court judge Richard Posner ruled the iPhone maker could not pursue an injunction against Google's Motorola Mobility, effectively ending that case.

"Apple has made a clear showing that, in the absence of a preliminary injunction, it is likely to lose substantial market share in the smartphone market and to lose substantial downstream sales of future smartphone purchases and tag-along products," Judge Koh said in Friday's ruling.

Koh scheduled a hearing on Monday to consider whether to put the Galaxy Nexus injunction on hold pending appeal. And she said in court that she might rule on Sunday whether or to similarly put on hold the earlier injunction on the Galaxy Tab.

Apple has waged an international patent war since 2010 as it seeks to limit the growth of Google's Android system, the world's most-used mobile operating platform. Opponents of Apple say it is using patents too aggressively in a bid to stamp out competition.

Spokeswoman Kristin Huguet reiterated her previous statement, accusing Samsung of copying the look and feel of its products. Samsung was not immediately available for comment.

As a condition of the injunction, Apple was ordered to post a bond of more than $95 million, to secure payment of damages sustained by Samsung should the injunction be deemed a wrongful decision later. The order shall become effective upon posting of the bond.

The case in U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, is Apple Inc v. Samsung Electronics Co Ltd et al, 12-00630.

Police: 6 Shiites killed in attack in Pakistan

QUETTA, Pakistan (AP) ? Police say suspected Sunni militants fired a rocket and sprayed gunfire at a bus carrying Shiite pilgrims in southwest Pakistan, killing at least six people.

Police officer Hamid Shakeel says the bus was traveling from Iran to Quetta, the capital of Pakistan's Baluchistan province, when it was attacked Thursday.

Shakeel says the bus was carrying around 40 passengers, and more than a dozen were wounded.

Pakistan has a long history of conflict between Sunni and Shiite Muslims.

Diablo 3 'Real Money Auction House' hell for gamers ? Video ...

Gamers refuse to pay to win in Diablo 3 causing large drops in the game?s player count.

Diablo 3 has been sparking up controversy ever since it was announced. First there were complaints that the game was too colourful and didn?t capture the dark and somber tone of the previous games.

There were complaints of the game looking subpar compared to other titles in the genre. Then there was the Digital Rights Management (DRM) fiasco at launch which further put off a lot of loyal fans of the series.

In order to prolong the game?s life and to tackle piracy, Blizzard implemented always-online DRM in the game and integrated online multiplayer co-op in the single player mode. This means that people who don?t have access to the internet won?t be able to play the single player campaign of Diablo 3.

Even after all these pre-launch criticisms and despite having game breaking bugs and online connectivity issues for many gamers worldwide, Diablo 3 managed to do quite well with the critics and managed to sell over six million copies a week after launch.

However the greatest criticism was the inclusion of the Real Money Auction House (RMAH), where players could buy and sell unique items that they found in the game for real money. This becomes a problem when not many gamers are willing to shell out their hard earned coin just to get an item in the game for which they already paid the full price.

Since those items are essential for completing the game on the hardest difficulty many gamers have decided to quit playing rather than to pay. It?s either that or continuous grinding in the previous levels in hope for some better loot drops.

The X-fire statistics page for Diablo 3 shows that during the last month, player count has dropped from around 145,000 players to only 55,000 players. This sudden drop shows that players would rather just move on to a new game rather than to replay Diablo 3 in hopes of grinding away for a unique item which could be sold off to an auction house.

Many analysts believe that this shows that Blizzard?s money grabbing scheme has failed because they didn?t really provide any incentive for players to spend additional cash on the game they already bought.

Once you have added the many features that cheaper airlines charge separately you may probably have noticed that they are no longer quite so cheap. In the golden age of flights, you paid for the ticket and everything else was included. Now, if you feel a sneeze coming, a box of tissues is available for you to buy. Well, never wanting to be the ones left behind, the cheap car rental agencies are into the same game. When you look around their websites, you see only the good news. The daily and weekly rates look spectacular. There are no obvious signs of additional charges unless you go through all that small print in the terms and conditions. So you sign up at the headline rate and then discover driving this vehicle is like using a hotel minibar.

You may not know this but you can sometimes be billed for the use of the satellite radio to make your drive more fun, the use of the E-ZPass transponder to pay tolls and the GPS navigation system to get you where you want by some of the cheap car rental companies. So before you drive away from the collection point, always spend a few moments with one of the helpful employees and ask whether you will be charged for using anything left in the car. If the answer is yes and the things can be removed, have then removed. This avoids any of those unfortunately arguments about whether you did or did not use the child safety seat so conveniently left in the trunk.

This is not to say all cheap car rental companies have suddenly become vicious predators. They have always been vicious predators but, until the recession hit, you did not notice it. Unexpected charges could go on the credit card and there was no need to worry. Now that credit is in short supply and often quite expensive, it becomes even more important to ensure you only pay for what you need. If that means picking up the telephone and asking about charges before you book online, that?s what you do in self-defense.

Anderson Silva tells of plans to break Chael Sonnen?s face

Through the scads of trash talk Chael Sonnen has spewed since his last bout with Anderson Silva, the UFC middleweight champ has stayed mostly silent. Sure, he'd answer back from time to time, but for the most part, Silva let Sonnen do the heavy lifting in the trash talk department.

That ended Monday when Silva erupted during the UFC 148 media conference call.

"First of all, Chael is a criminal," Silva said through Ed Soares, his manager who often serves as his interpreter. "He's been convicted of crimes. He doesn't deserve to be inside the Octagon. And when the time comes and the time is right, I'm going to break his face and break every one of his teeth in his mouth."

Silva is referring to Sonnen's guilty plea in a mortgage fraud case that happened just months after Silva beat Sonnen with a fifth-round submission at UFC 117.

It wasn't the end of Silva's verbal beatdown of Sonnen.

"I'm going to beat Chael like he's never been beaten before. The joke is over. There's no more talking. I know he's on the line listening, and the game is over. I'm going to beat his [expletive] out of the UFC. He's never going to want to fight again after I'm done with him."

Halfway through the call, Silva disappeared. With his opponent gone, Sonnen hung up, too. UFC president Dana White ended the call, and then tweeted, "7 years in the UFC and I've never heard Anderson talk like this before!!!"

There is only one plausible reason for this Anderson to have shown up. The real Anderson has an evil twin named Andreson. Anderson turns to Andreson when he wants to avoid conference calls, and tells him to let loose. Andreson read through everything Sonnen has said about his twin brother, and let it out. Then, at UFC 148, both men will show up at the fight just to confuse Sonnen.

Or maybe, just maybe, Silva got sick of holding it. Two weeks before the fight, he's letting it out, which is an interesting sign of things to come on July 7.

Trail mix: Seeking ways to connect 2 iconic routes

WEYBRIDGE, Vt. (AP) ? One of the longest hiking trails in the United States stops 40 miles short of its most famous cousin, but a group is trying to bridge that gap.

The North Country National Scenic Trail runs 4,600 miles from North Dakota to New York's eastern border. From there, it's about 40 miles across Vermont fields and mountains to the Appalachian Trail, the famous 2,170-mile hiking trail that runs from Georgia to Maine.

Seeking to bring them together now are a push from the organization that runs the North Country Trail; a changed attitude from officials in Vermont, where the connection was blocked decades ago; and a growing movement to connect the nation's longest hiking trails.

"This 40-mile gap is a gap in the system," said Bruce Matthews, executive director of the Michigan-based North Country Trail Association, which is working with the National Park Service, Vermont's Green Mountain Club and others to build the new connecting trail. "There's no logical reason for it."

Despite being the longest federally designated scenic hiking trail in the country, the North Country Trail isn't as well-known as others, partly because it's still a work in progress and partly because it has no defining feature, like the mountain range the Appalachian Trail is named for.

"With the North Country, it's more of an immersion in the people and how they have eked a living out of the hardships of the North Country than it is climbing from mountaintop to mountaintop," Matthews said.

The North Country Trail was one of 11 National Scenic Trails planned for decades and finally approved by Congress in 1980. On the map the trail is about 4,600 miles, but only about half is traditional hiking trail through rural areas. Much of it runs along roads. In many sections there aren't camping areas where hikers can use a lean-to or easily pitch a tent.

Thousands have hiked the entire Appalachian Trial. Just 11 people have completed the North Country Trail. Still, for those who know it, the trail and its paths meandering through farmland, the hills of New York's Finger Lakes region and canal towpaths are to be admired.

"All the criticism that this trail gets really are some of its strengths. It doesn't follow a particular geographic feature. It's not associated with one state. It's not associated with one ecosystem," said Joan Young, 64, of Scottville, Mich., who completed the trail in 2010. "Its strongest feature is the diversity of the experiences."

The North Country Trail is unlike many of the more traditional trails, said Matthews.

"In New England and the Appalachian region, there's a hiking culture there; there's an expectation that people hike it and do know about it," Matthews said.

"The further into the Midwest you get, there's more of a love affair with the internal combustion engine."

A 6,800-mile route called the American Discovery Trail stretches across the continent from Delaware to California, but it's pieced together from a patchwork of smaller trails and roads.

The route to extend the North Country Trail through Vermont hasn't been chosen, but it's expected to be about a 40-mile path that will hook up with the state's Long Trail, which is the same path as the Appalachian Trail at that point.

It could be years before the shield-shaped markers used by the North Country Trail start sprouting in the fields of Vermont's agricultural heartland.

In the mid-1970s when the North Country Trail was being planned, Vermont officials objected to it coming into the state over concerns additional hiker traffic could overwhelm the state's 273-mile Long Trail, which runs from Massachusetts to Canada. So the North Country Trail ended on the shore of Lake Champlain at the base of the bridge between Crown Point and West Addison.

The National Park Service is doing a feasibility study, which must be completed before the plan can be presented to Congress. Matthews said he was hopeful the Park Service approval can be finished this summer.

"It's one of those labors of love," Matthews said. "It's a simple foot path, yet it connects all the peoples of the north country and their combined experiences. You set foot on the trail in New York, you're connected with somebody in Minnesota."

Ratio of appetite-regulating hormones marker of successful dieters

ScienceDaily (June 25, 2012) ? A pre-diet measurement of two hormones related to weight regulation can help predict which dieters will be more likely to maintain their weight loss and who will not, according to a new study. The results were presented June 24 at The Endocrine Society's 94th Annual Meeting in Houston.

With obesity rates in many countries steadily climbing, more people are turning to diets to lose weight. But, for many people, maintaining the weight loss can be extremely difficult, leading to a frustrating cycle of weight loss and gain.

"The current study shows for the first time a clinically useful marker to identify, at an early time, patients who have difficulties in maintaining their body weight," said study author Ana B. Crujeiras , Ph.D., doctor at University Hospital of Santiago de Compostela (CHUS) and Biomedical Network Research Center in Physiopathology of obesity and Nutrition (CIBERobn) in Santiago de Compestela, Spain. "This difficulty is one of the most significant obstacles for obesity therapy, and currently there are no biological markers that effectively demonstrate clinical usefulness in predicting weight-loss regain."

To address this problem, investigators analyzed the role of two hormones related to appetite regulation. Leptin is made by the cells found in fat tissue, and ghrelin is mainly manufactured by cells in the stomach. Previous research by Crujeiras and co-investigators showed that patients who later regained weight had higher leptin and lower ghrelin levels before starting a restricted-calorie diet.

In the current study, investigators found the pre-diet leptin/ghrelin ratio to be two times higher among study participants who later regained weight than among those who did not. Additionally, they identified cut-off points, which predicted more than 60 percent of patients who would later regain 10 percent or more of the weight they initially lost.

"Calculating the leptin/ghrelin ratio prior to the participation in a weight-reduction program might provide the opportunity to individualize weight-loss therapeutic programs according to patients' needs, counteracting the weight-regain rate, and, as a consequence, achieving successful management of obesity," Crujeiras said.

Among women, the leptin/ghrelin ratio identified 70 percent of participants who later regained weight. Among men, the rate was even higher at 95 percent. Women, however, were less likely than men to be incorrectly identified as future weight gainers.

Eighty-eight overweight or obese patients, with a body mass index greater than 25, enrolled in the eight-week study. They were 44 percent female, their average age was 35 years, and all were white.

After an initial fast, participants' blood levels of leptin and ghrelin were measured. They then followed a reduced calorie diet for eight weeks. At the six-month follow-up, 40 dieters had regained the weight they had lost, while the remaining 48 had not. The Biomedical Network Research Centre in Physiopathology of obesity and Nutrition (CIBERobn), Institute of Health Carlos III (ISCIII), Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness; Galician Research, Development and Technological Innovation plan (INCITE), Galician Ministry for Innovation and Industry; and Special Research about Nutrition, Obesity and Health, University of Navarra funded the study.

MIAMI Tropical Storm Debby formed in the Gulf of Mexico on Saturday, interfering with oil and gas production and putting officials on alert for flooding and strong winds from southern Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle.

At least one tornado linked to the storm touched down in southwest Florida, but no injuries were reported.

Debby was about 220 miles (354 kilometers) south of the mouth of the Mississippi River, with maximum sustained winds of 50 mph (80 kph).

The center of Debby is expected to linger over the northern Gulf during the next few days with no landfall in the immediate forecast. Forecasters warned of up to six inches of rain along the coast, with isolated amounts of 10 inches.

It was the first time four tropical storms have been recorded before July 1 during the Atlantic hurricane season since record keeping began in 1851.

Debby forced the suspension of 8 percent of the region's oil and gas production.

The government reported that nine production platforms and one drilling rig were evacuated. The suspended crude production amounts to about 2 percent of U.S production and about 0.1 percent of global production. The reduced production is not expected to impact oil prices unless the storm strengthens and forces more production platforms to close.

A tropical storm warning was issued for part of the Louisiana coast. Officials there have been monitoring the weather closely for the last several days. Some low-lying areas close to the coast flood easily in rough weather.

"We've already seen higher tides than usual," said Angela Rains, manager of the Terrebonne Levee District.

Near the mouth of the Mississippi southeast of New Orleans, Plaquemines Parish President Billy Nungesser said officials were making preparations to protect the main highway from tidal flooding.

A tornado touched down in Collier County in southwest Florida and forecasters warned other twisters were possible.

Several homes were damaged and tree limbs were down, The Naples Daily News reported.

"This is quite common with this type of storm," said senior hurricane specialist Stacy Stewart with the National Hurricane Center. "They tend to not be very large or long-lived, which can be difficult to detect on radar. So people need to keep an eye on the sky."

Out in the Gulf, Anadarko Petroleum removed all non-essential personnel and expects to close four facilities in the central and eastern Gulf by Saturday. Chevron, Royal Dutch Shell and Marathon Oil said non-essential personnel were being removed but production was not being affected. ExxonMobil reported that its operations were unaffected.

Alberto was the first storm this year. It formed off the South Carolina coast on May 19, almost two weeks before the hurricane season officially began June 1.

Hi All,

I am trying to recertify a user programatically by getting SAFE.IDS file from user.

User receives a mail with two buttons to send their SAFE.ID file for merging.

Button 1:
Using the Command "UserIDCreateSafeCopy" to create safe copy of the user ID. Here user can select his desired location to save the safe ID file.
Button 2: Using ''@RegQueryValues, search HKEYs in registry and get the last saved location (OPenSaveMRU) of this ID file.

In XP, it is working perfectly.

Problem:
When it comes to Windows7, HKEY values in registry are in HEX format.

I tried to combine the above two buttons functionalities in a single button using the below link.

3. Is there any Notes.ini setting in Notes which captures the last saved file location from Notes? - 'FileDlgDirectory' in Notes.ini behaving weired, always shows 'Desktop' irrespective of the last file saved location.
4. Is it possible to store\detach\copy in a memo the SAFE.ID when save file dialog box opens from the Command "UserIDCreateSafeCopy"

Bullying of teachers more damaging in online era

MIAMI?? The bullying that bus monitor Karen Klein endured on a ride home from an upstate New York school was painful and egregious, but also shows how student harassment of teachers and administrators has become more spiteful and damaging in the online era.

Much attention has been paid to students who bully students in class, after school and on the Internet. Less has been given to equally disturbing behavior by students who harass instructors, principals and other adults.

It's something that's long existed; think ganging up on the substitute teacher. But it has become increasingly cruel and even dangerous as students get access to advanced technology at earlier ages.

In Maryland, students posed as their vice principal's twin 9-year-old daughters on pedophile websites, saying they had been having sex with their father and were looking for a new partner. Elsewhere, students have logged on to neo-Nazi and white supremacist sites claiming to be a Jewish or minority teacher and inciting the groups' anger. Others have stolen photographs from teachers' cellphones and posted them online.

"The ways they provoke teachers are limited only by their imaginations," said lawyer Parry Aftab, who described the above cases as just a few of the hundreds she's handled.

Compared with those, what happened to Klein in Greece, N.Y., a suburb of Rochester, was mild, Aftab said.

Students poked the bus monitor with a textbook, called her a barrage of obscenities and threatened to urinate on her front door, among other callous insults. One student taunted: "You don't have a family because they all killed themselves because they don't want to be near you."

Klein's oldest son killed himself 10 years ago.

Eventually, she appears to break down in tears. A cellphone video of the incident posted on YouTube went viral.

There is no data collected on how often students bully and harass teachers and other school authorities.

The most recent school safety report from the National Center for Education Statistics, the data branch of the U.S. Department of Education, found that 5 percent of public schools reported students verbally abused teachers on a daily or weekly basis. Also, 8 percent of secondary school teachers reported being threatened with injury by a student, as did 7 percent of elementary teachers.

"Is what we saw in this video occurring with many children every day with adults? No," said Ken Trump, president of the National School Safety and Security Services, a Cleveland-based consulting firm. "One incident is one too many, but we certainly have a problem where the authority of educators and school support personnel has been undermined."

Certainly, students harassing teachers isn't new.

John Ristow remembers an incident from his early days as a teacher's assistant in Alpena, Mich. A student in the class was upset that he was singled out by the lead teacher for disrupting other students who were trying to study. When Ristow passed him in the hall later that day, the middle school student lashed out.

"It was very nasty swear words that were extremely demeaning to my character," said Ristow, who now is head of communications for the Broward Teachers Union in Florida.

Ristow held out his hand and said, "Stop."

A security officer came by and asked if Ristow wanted her to take the boy to the principal's office. He said no, deciding to resolve the issue directly with the teacher and student instead. He brought both of them together, they discussed how inappropriate the behavior was and told the student he would face a suspension if it happened again.

"It never happened again," Ristow said.

That was in the late 1980s.

Two decades later, students are equipped with cellphones with video cameras and a plethora of apps that allow them easily to share information among each other and post online.

One of the new ways that students are harassing teachers has become known as "cyberbaiting." Students irritate a teacher to the point that the teacher breaks down; that reaction then is captured in photos or video to post online. A Norton Online Family Report published last year found that 21 percent of teachers had experienced or knew another teacher who had experienced "cyberbaiting."

Then there are cases of students who have created websites and blogs against teachers and administrators.

In South Florida, one student created a Facebook group page called, "Ms. Sarah Phelps is the worst teacher I've ever met!" The student encouraged others to "express your feelings of hatred."

The student, Katherine Evans, took the page down but was suspended for three days and removed from her Advanced Placement classes. She later was represented by the American Civil Liberties Union in a lawsuit against the principal of the Pembroke Pines Charter High School, arguing that her right to freedom of speech had been violated. She settled for $15,000 to cover her legal fees and her suspension was wiped from her record.

Aftab said such an outcome is not uncommon. Unless the incident occurs on school grounds, during school hours, at a school sponsored event or on school equipment, the district generally does not have jurisdiction to expel or suspend a student, although some courts around the country have ruled differently.

Courts "tend to side more with the students unless you can show dramatic problems," Aftab said.

Phelps, in her first public comments since the 2007 incident, said while kids make mistakes, it's the responsibility of adults to turn them into teachable moments.

"We need to redefine and expand our definitions of bullying, particularly techno-spread bullying devoid of personal accountability and disseminated under the guise of free speech," Phelps said in a written statement Friday.

District administrators in New York plan to pursue disciplinary actions against all four students who taunted Klein, though police say she does not want them to face criminal charges, partially because of the onslaught of public criticism and even threats they've endured since the video went online.

A fund started for Klein has raised more than $500,000.

School safety experts and administrators say they hope the incident will encourage parents to sit down and speak with their children about the damaging effects of all bullying, and that school officials will reinforce bullying prevention, not just among students, but also aimed at teachers and adults.

"The schools can have consequences," Trump said, pointing to counseling and disciplinary action. The bigger question, he said, is why a student would treat a bus monitor in a way they would not treat their own grandmother. "And that goes far beyond what a school can deal with."

HP brings on steel and difficult plastic everywhere, making this not the lightest tower on earth, but certainly keeps with the HP tradition of constructing their machines rough and difficult.

Inside you will find that the motherboard, processor, and gear supply aren?t removable, but that everything else within the machine is ? by hand. For a glance at that whole process at the Z420, head back to that review. What you will discover is one whole heck of lots of green tabs and a number of moving parts for straightforward change-outs, like this one:

Each green tab, switch, and lever lets you access a part with great ease. If you?ve never modified a computer?s hardware before, this may be an excellent spot to be informed how. Even the four 4GB 2Rx8 PC3 cards seemed easier to take away and replace than normal ? but perhaps that?s just element of the experience after gleefully ripping out some other component then replacing them like a military exercise with a rifle.

We had a few interchangeable bits with our build including an exquisite Micron RealSSD C400 2.5 256GB SATA drive at 8GB/s, an NVIDIA QUADRO 600 for warm, hot graphics action, and an Intel SSD 313 Series at 24GB. This machine isn?t the strongest monster right out of the box, but it?s on no account meant to be. Losing weight can be a challenge especially without knowledge, support, and/or motivation. Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy ? Nampa is implementing a weight loss program to assist the community in their weight loss journey.

Components of our Weight Loss Program:

• Group educational meetings 1st Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM
  • Weigh-in and body circumference measurements
  • Educational topic presentation
• Prizes for top 3 month finishers
• Group exercise class every Wednesday at 6:30 PM

Our Fitness Class Instructor: Nate Allen DPT, CSCS

Nate earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University and is certified as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Nate has a background in health, fitness, and sports performance. He enjoys working with individuals of all ages and activity levels in order to improve their quality of life. Nate takes a holistic and individualized approach with each patient to help them meet their personal goals.
