This should let the user specify a string of Chinese characters and a web domain to be searched for those characters. The user should see an html page that allows him/her to paste Chinese characters from an Excel file (example uploaded) into a form on that web page and that also allows the user to specify a domain (for example, "www.xinhuanet.com") to be searched.

After the user pastes in the characters and clicks on a button that says "Search", the user input should be used to find web pages from the specified domain that contain the exact string of Chinese characters given by the user. These web pages should be returned as a list of links displayed on a new page, so that when the user clicks on any of those links, the page is served up with the string of Chinese characters that was searched for highlighted in yellow (similar to how Google serves up its search results). Python should be used for this project. Simple, readable code with comments is best.
